Client Results Executive

The Client Results Director (CRE) is responsible for bringing in new healthcare IT clients and expanding iMethods’s client base with a focus on revenue generation. The CRE will be a key player in leading business development and generating revenue growth from newly formed relationships. The CRE works in partnership with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, Marketing, HR/Operations and Finance to propose appropriate offerings that parallel the needs and changes within the healthcare IT industry. Service offerings include but are not limited to healthcare consulting, healthcare IT staff augmentation and recruiting/permanent search services. Coordinates with VP of Client Results and National Client Results Director to ensure quality service and strategic planning is provided to their sales territory including direction of individual sales efforts and sales team. Extensive travel is required to existing and prospective clients to drive client relationships. This role is an exempt position will report to the VP of Client Results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bringing in new healthcare IT clients and expanding iMethods’ client base across the United States
  • Construct a plan to meet with decision makers within these clients
  • Ensure that all new client launches are successfully executed
  • Assist with any other assigned task or duty that may arise that would involve the leadership and management of revenue generation
  • Leverages and manages alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client
  • Serve as a conduit for building high level relationships within client organizations
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections to closure
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of healthcare technology initiatives and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner
  • Develop territory strategy, prioritize work efforts and accomplish defined sales goals
  • Travel to client sites throughout the specified geographic market
  • Use knowledge and experience to coach, teach and mentor other team members

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • You must excel at finding and closing new opportunities in a highly competitive market and thrive as part of a fast growing, successful, expanding sales organization
  • Clinical understanding of workflows, applications and implementations
  • Demonstrated leadership success in full-scope implementations services and support for industry leading clinical, financial, and evidence-based clinical decision support solutions to improve patient engagement and outcomes
  • Strong follow up skills and maintaining open communication with all clients
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to increase efficiency over time
  • Have a hands-on approach and interface effectively at all levels
  • Be sensitive to company needs, employee goodwill, client needs and the public image

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field
  • Proven track record of success selling healthcare IT conceptual services to C-level executives using consultative selling methods with integrity and passion
  • 10+ years of progressive experience and leadership in engagement management, strategic relationships, go-to-market programs, business development and sales
