Current employees who refer contractors to iMethods IT Staffing earn a $1.00, $1.25, $1.50 raise per hour per contractor referred by the current employee.

How it works:
  • If referred contractor becomes a full-time employee, you receive an extra $1.00 per hour raise as long as the recruited employee stays.
  • For the second person you refer that works a full-time schedule, you'll see an extra $1.25 per hour on your paycheck.
  • For the third full-time referral, it's an extra $1.50 per hour.
  • Refer three full-time iMethods contractors and your total RAISE would be $3.75 per hour.
  • The longer they stay, the longer we pay YOU.

For referrals who work a minimum of 20 hours per week, you'll still come out on top to the tune of $0.50 extra an hour.

For referring someone who becomes a part-time employee (meaning they work less than 25 hours a week), we'll reward you with a $50 Gift Certificate to a store/restaurant/spa of your choice.

Non-employed contractors and friends who refer contractors to iMethods IT Staffing earn up to $750 per referral.

How it works:
  • $250 paid to referring contractor/friend at the end of 520 hours worked by first referred contractor
  • Short-term contracted contractors (for projects of at least 6 weeks or 240 hours) earn the referring contractor/friend $100. If the referred contractor is extended or replaced at another client, the bonus increases to $250 at the end of 520 hours worked by referred contractor
  • Refer a second contractor and earn $500 at the end of 520 hours worked by that
  • contractor
  • Refer three contractors or more and earn $750 at the end of 520 hours worked by each contractor

Permanent replacement referrals earn up to $750 per referred contractor.

How it works:
  • Receive $250 for the first, $500 for the second, and $750 for the third referred contractor
  • Bonuses paid after 90 days of employment by referred contractor
